Return and Refund Policy

At WoodOnWelds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our high-end table. Please review our return and refund policy below for information on our procedures and conditions.

1. Returns and Refunds

Pre-Delivery and Installation Returns: If you are not satisfied with the table, you may return it for a full refund before it is shipped and installed in your home. To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to cancel and recieve a full refund.
Post-Installation Policy: Once the table has been installed in your home, returns are not accepted unless the table fails under normal use conditions. In such cases, please contact us for an assessment and further instructions.

2. Refinishing Service

Eligibility: We offer a one-time refinishing service for $400 if you wish to alter the finish of your table after installation. This service is subject to the following conditions:
- The customer must provide a suitable location on their premises for the refinishing work.
- During the refinishing process, which takes approximately 10 days, the table cannot be used.
Process: To schedule a refinishing service, please reach out and we will coordinate the details to ensure the process is convenient for you.

3. Warranty for Failures Due to Normal Use

Coverage: If your table fails under normal use, please contact us within 2 years from the date of purchase to discuss warranty options. We will assess the situation and provide guidance on repair, replacement, or refund, if applicable.

4. Limitations

Our return/refund policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or any unauthorized alterations to the product.
